woke up early

and it was a splendidly beautiful spring day. I FINALLY did a few things out on my terrace that I'd been wanting to do for too long.
I hacked four yucca tree tops off cause they were top heavy and blow over all the time, knocking my other plants around, making a mess. Now I have these plantable yucca treetops that need a new home. I hacked at my old overgrown aloe too.
I bagged an old large ivy plant to bring to Pippo's garden for which it is more suitable, and prepared two other avocado plants to go to his place as well.
I trimmed my mint because it had some uggy disease oruther. I gave last year's prezzemolo new dirt. I removed an old ugly white plastic table and an old ex couch frame that I'd used for a stand. I gave a mystery climbing plant and last year's fuchsias new dirt too. I lifted the large rectangular planter boxes that the jasmine grows from to re place bricks under them so the drain water won't demark the floor (or my downstair's neighbors ceiling). I swept and bagged, swept and bagged...and ended up planting a few seeds as well.
I played piano for an hour and a half, went for a walk, took a long bath, talked to my Mom and Mr. Blog, Deborah and Pippo on the phone. Read blogs.
Now I'll hang the laundry, ciao ciao
